The restaurant serves three meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – that include a host of international and local delicacies. The chef presents a menu for the meals of the day and other available options for visitors that may prefer something else. Hot tea is available all throughout the day to tame the cold of the Kigezi Highlands. The bar is well stocked with renowned brands of wines, spirits, and beers.
The lounge is fitted with sofas and cushions, a fireplace and mini library. It is a perfect place to relax during the cold evenings as you read your novel. The lounge also has picture square for Lake Mutanda, highlands and the Virunga. The deck sites in excellently location to step out and take in all the magnificent scenery while you enjoy a drink.
The lodge has 10 chalets ‘’cottages’’ flaunts and its own identity and color scheme along with high quality, handmade furnishings that boast a unique African style. The 5 of them are Doubles/Singles, and 5 are twins. Each chalet is fully self-contained with amenities – shower, flush toilet, washbowl, and own veranda with excellent views across Lake Mutanda and the Virunga Volcanoes.
The kitchen is famous for its mouth-watering food. Specialties include bread, slowly baked in our wood-fired oven, homemade muesli with handpicked ingredients and the freshest fruits and vegetables from our very own organic garden.
