Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After being picked up from your agreed-upon location, you will drive to Lake Mburo, which is located in western Uganda and is home to one of the country’s smaller but most distinctively designed parks. There will be several pauses throughout the route, including one for refreshments and photo ops at the Equator. Once four hours have passed, start enjoying an en route game drive in Lake Mburo National Park by deviating from the Kampala-Mbarara highway. The eland antelopes, topis, impalas, sitatungas, bush duikers, Uganda kobs, and herds of zebra will all be visible to you. Upon arrival, check in, have lunch and then choose to unwind at the lodge before dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise.
You will wake up to a delightful breakfast this morning before embarking on an exciting boat ride where you will get to see and hear hippos and crocodiles in Lake Mburo, along with other aquatic animals and a variety of birds like Fish Eagles, Crested Cranes, African Kingfisher, Pelicans, Herons, African Fin foot, and Bush Shrike. Following that, you will take a lunch break. During your afternoon wildlife drive, you will witness the massive eland antelope, a herd of zebras, topis, impalas, warthogs, Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, and other creatures of the savannah.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, proceed from Lake Mburo to Fort Portal. After stopping for lunch on the way, you will arrive at Kibale Park and have a nature walk through the huge primate forest. Driving through the stunning upcountry is a wonderful experience. After checking into the hotel, enjoy lunch, and then go on a community stroll to learn about the customs and cultures of many people and their tribes. Head back to the lodge for dinner and restful sleep.

Day 4: Kibale Chimpanzee Tracking Experience – Bigodi Swamp Walk.
After breakfast, embark on your chimpanzee tour in the renowned Kibale Forest. Before entering the forest, drive to the park headquarters for briefing. The rangers will then lead you into the forest so you may look for the chimpanzees. You will have an hour to spend with them after you locate them, observing how they conduct as you snap photos of these incredible primates. Beautiful rainforest, trees, additional monkeys, avian life, and butterflies may all be found in the jungle. You will then head back to your lodging for a delectable midday meal and some downtime following the climb. Head to the Bigodi Swamp Walk in the afternoon to witness fauna, birds, and mammals in their natural habitat. After the stroll, return to the resort for dinner and an evening nap.

Day 5: Return to Kampala – Departure.
Following breakfast, you will journey through the amazing natural setting created by the region’s profusion of crater lakes. On the way to Kampala, you will pause for lunch as well. You’ll be dropped off to the airport after that.
