Our 3 Days Gorilla Trekking Tour in Congo will take you to Virunga National Park, the conservation area consists of several plant and tree species, it was created in 1925 and is among the first protected areas in Africa, the park is home to mountain gorillas a critically endangered species found in the Virunga volcanic region, the thousands of animal species call this home, it is was declared a UNESCO world heritage site to protect the mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles living in the park. Mountain gorillas live freely feeding on plant kinds, the tour will give you an insight into the Virunga National Park.

Day 1: Pickup and Transfer to Bukima

You will be picked early morning by our company representative who will transfer you to Bukima, in the democratic republic of Congo, lunch en-route in Goma town before we cross to the town enjoy beautiful views of Rwanda while traveling to the destination dinner and stay overnight at

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking

Following a morning breakfast, you will be transferred to park headquarters for gorilla trekking, the activity can take 2 or more hours depending on how far these gorilla families have moved, one hour is allowed with the mountain gorillas once you meet them after which we will return for dinner and stay overnight at

Day 3: Departure to Kigali

After breakfast, you will return to Kigali to catch your flight back home,  you may choose to extend a night in Kigali according to your program before you say bye to the countries.
