Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

After sipping your tea or coffee, depart Kampala with your tour guide and travel for approximately nine to ten hours in your 4×4 Safari Van or Land Cruiser to reach Kidepo Valley National Park. Your guide is an experienced tour guide from Uganda. Take the Kampala-Nakasongola-Kitgum route, which offers views of the stunning rural scenery, homesteads, the River Kafu, the Karuma Wildlife Reserve, and a lunch stop en route. Arrive at Kidepo National Park animal safari lodge in time for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Game Drive – Visit the Karamajong

After eating breakfast early in the morning, go on a game drive through Kidepo Valley National Park’s Narus Valley. Awe-inspiring views of buffalo, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, birds, and much more animals are to be expected. After exploring the wildlife for three to four hours, return from a game drive for lunch and some downtime. Your next tour excursion will be to visit Karamajong Manyattas in the afternoon. You can discover further traditional traditions, experience music and dances, and learn more about the lifestyles of the Karamajong community by taking a cultural tour. Later, spend the night and dine back at the lodge.

Day 3: Guided Nature Walk – Evening Game Drive

Proceed on a guided nature walk around the Kanangorok hot springs after breakfast. You may see a wide range of animals and birds, including a large number of ostriches. After your two or three hours on the nature walk, head back for lunch. Later in the afternoon or evening, go on an evening game drive to spot additional species, including any that you missed the day before. Dinner and lodging at the Wildlife Safari Lodge for the night.

Day 4: Return to Kampala – Departure.

After breakfast, depart from your Uganda wildlife safari resort and make the approximately nine- to ten-hour trip back to Kampala or Entebbe. Your 4 Days Uganda Safari to Kidepo National Park will come to a conclusion at this point.
