Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Akagera National Park
Following breakfast, you will be welcomed by a Visit and Tour Rwanda company representative who will transfer you to Akagera National Park, this is one of the last remaining savannah parks of Rwanda, it has a variety composition of wildlife, we will arrive in for a hot lunch and afternoon game drive through te park, lookout for zebras, Africa buffaloes, lions, antelopes returning to the lodge that has been booked for your dinner and stay overnight at;

Day 2: Game Drive –Transfer to Volcanoes
We will wake up to an early morning breakfast, later which we will do our final game drive within the park and transfer to volcanoes national park driving for approximately 5 hours’ drive, arriving in the late evening for dinner and check in at the lodge that has been booked.

Day 3: Hike to the Dian Fossey tombs
Following an early morning breakfast, we will transfer to the park headquarters to a brief meeting before we head out to the land of volcanoes and mountain gorillas, we will hike towards the tomb of Dian fossey an American primatologist whose love for mountain gorillas was untold, she did great works in looking after the animals but as you know good attracts bad too, unfortunately Dian died in this situation, paying tributes to her is a way of respecting the researcher and her good deeds, the hike includes a number of plant species, there is a chance of seeing other primates of the park, retuning for dinner and stay overnight at

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking and transfer to Kigali
Early morning breakfast, and Transfer to the park headquarters for morning briefing after which we will move to the forest insearch of mountain gorillas, an hour is allowed to be with the animal species as you watch the you stars jump up and down of trees, they are interesting to watch and will leave you having ever lasting memories, ater which we will transfer to Kigali city , depending on your flight you can choose to directly board or have a night in the city.
