Mountain Kenya is the highest of all Kenyan mountains, the extinct volcano last erupted about 26 million years ago, the premises were declared a UNESCO world heritage site by 1997, the three peaks include Nelion, Batian, and Lenana, the surrounding area lies along the equator ascending and descending the mountain is an exercise of time.The hike will start along the Sirimon route, a very scenic hike to the peak.

Day 1: Hike to Old Moses Camp
Upon arrival, you will be picked from Nairobi driving through beautiful hilly palces to the park premises to begin the Hike to Old Moses, it takes approximately 3-4 hours depending on the speed of the last person, dinner and overnight will be spent at the camp area.
Day 2: Old Moses hike – Shipton
Following breakfast, we will embark on our beautiful journey following route to shipton, along the route ae lovely birds and animal species on a lucky day you might view some of the animals, it will take approximately 6-7 hours to arrive,Shipton, the hike may be tiring but rewarding by the time you reach the camp the wow state of the environment is amazing with a cool breeze. Staying at Shipton camp.
Day 3: Shipton Camp – Lenana Peak
Very close point to reaching the goal of the safari, we wake up early morning to find the peak, you wil climb the peak for 2-3 hours before reaching the top, the rocky nature will have you beautiful nature points perfect for pictures have dinner and descend the peak stopping at old Moses Camp for dinner and stay overnight
Day 4: Descend and Transfer to Nairobi
After a mouth watering breakfast at the camp, you will head to Nairobi to catch your international flight back home or choose to have an extended night in the city.
