Our 2 Days Gorilla Safari in Virunga National Park will take you to Virunga national park, it allows travelers that like primates and have a short time to do the adventure, the chance is this two-day private tour, it has been customized to meet the best wild experiences with hand-picked routes to the destination, Virunga national park is the oldest of conservation areas in DRC, and one of the first parks to be gazette in Africa, it has for years faced depletion, till it was declared a UNESCO world heritage site as a way of protecting the thousands of animal species that call this park home including the Mountain Gorillas, a subspecies of the eastern gorilla, Gorilla beringei beringei.

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Virunga National Park.

Upon arrival at Kigali international airport, you will be welcomed by our company representative who will  transfer you to Congo, clearing at the border and arriving in Goma town, the drive takes approximately 4-5 hours having En-route stopovers, the landscapes of Rwanda are magical and super exciting arriving for dinner and staying overnight at

Meal plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking

Following breakfast, you will drive to Bukima park center for a morning briefing, you will be allocated a gorilla group, after which you will head into the dense forest in search of the brown-eyed gentle species, trekking time depends on how far the gorilla families have moved, while with the mountain gorillas, you will be allowed one hour to take pictures, have beautiful views , after the tracking, we will drive back to Kigali to catch your flight back home.
