Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Entebbe Airport.
Following your arrival at Uganda’s International Airport—Entebbe—you will be met by our knowledgeable driver/guide and taken to Kampala, the country’s capital. It takes roughly an hour to travel the 42 kilometres between Entebbe and Kampala. The city, which is thought to be 197 km in size, has served as Uganda’s capital since 1969. If you arrive early, you can get a first hand introduction to Uganda’s animals by visiting Entebbe Zoo, which offers a view of Africa’s species. It has a sizable collection of animals that were spared from captivity, such as lions, zebras, giraffes, hyenas, rhinos, and many more.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
You will travel to Murchison Falls National Park by road or by air. If you’re flying, you’ll be dropped off at Entebbe International Airport and taken on a national aircraft to one of the beautiful locations. The jet is scheduled to take off at 8:30 am and is anticipated to arrive at Pakuba Airstrip at 10:10 am. You will then be taken to your lodging to complete the check-in process. If you are driving, you will be picked up from your accommodation and driven through Bombo and to the Murchison Falls in the northwest, stopping for lunch in Masindi Town. The distance (300 kilometres) from Uganda’s capital city is about five to six hours.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise to the Falls.
Take a full day trip to Murchison Falls. You will begin the day with an engaging game drive on the northern bank of the Nile following an early breakfast. There is a good probability that you may encounter giraffes, hartebeests, elephants, lions, and a variety of bird species. After lunch, return to the resort and enjoy an exhilarating boat ride in the afternoon as part of your safari. It will present you with the chance to watch more wildlife species.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After a leisurely breakfast, head to Pakuba Airstrip for your transfer. Around 10:30 am, the scheduled flight departs Pakuba and arrives at Entebbe International Airport before continuing on to western Uganda. Around 1:35 p.m., you will arrive at Kasese Airstrip, where our personnel will greet you and take you to the lodging that you have reserved. If you choose to travel by car, you will be driven from Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest, passing through verdant fields, historic homesteads, and farms situated along the escarpments of the Albertine Rift. The trip to the park takes roughly seven or eight hours.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest – Bigodi Swamp
Eat breakfast at the resort and then head out to track chimpanzees. With the most chimpanzees in the nation and all of East Africa, the forest is a good place to start. You will encounter other primates, such as white colobus monkeys, while tracking these acclimated chimpanzees. Proceed to the Bigodi Swamp in the afternoon, which is renowned for its rare bird species.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After a leisurely breakfast today, make your way to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will be driven in peace and quiet via the Crater Lake region to the park in the south. Appreciate the lovely hilly landscape. Once inside the park, continue with the game drive. It will require three to four hours.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise.
After enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, take a morning game drive to the Kasenyi Kob mating region. Anticipate encountering wildlife such as lions, buffaloes, and elephants in their native environments. Head back to the lodge to have lunch. Take a thrilling boat ride along the Kazinga Channel in the afternoon. Along this channel, a significant portion of the fauna can be seen, including hippos, elephants, and buffalo.

Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
Have breakfast then check out from your lodge. Transfer to Kasese Airstrip for the scheduled charter which departs at 10:05 am. It will take you about 2 hours to arrive at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park- the home of the threatened mountain gorillas. If you are transferring from queen by road, you will pass via the Ishasha area, pronounced for the tree-climbing lions. It will take you 3-4 hours to reach the park.

Day 9: Gorilla Tracking Experience in Bwindi.
The most fascinating aspect of your safari is this. Before you encounter a gorilla, the stroll through the park’s muddy and steep surroundings is incredibly distinctive and unforgettable. You’ll need a full day to pursue these magnificent animals. You will be rewarded when you see these endangered primates. Take some pictures and spend some time with them.

Day 10: Return to Kampala – Departure.
After being transferred, you will board a flight to Kihihi to return to Kampala. Two flights are scheduled, one for 10:55 a.m. and the other for 2:05 p.m. Select the most convenient time by exercising caution. The capital of Uganda, Kampala, will take 8 to 10 hours to reach by car, and Entebbe International Airport will take 45 minutes.
